XerquvaTV IPTV Subscriber Guide: Renewals, Screens, Help

Once you're a XerquvaTV IPTV subscriber, most of what you need to know comes down to a few practical things: where your login lives, how many screens can play at once, what happens when your plan ends, and how to get help when something stops working. This guide gathers those answers in one place, with the real figures from our plans and policies, so you don't have to piece them together from different pages.
What you have as a XerquvaTV IPTV subscriber
Every plan, whatever its length, includes the same things:
- 25,000+ live channels from the USA, the UK, Canada, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, with country- and language-based packages that carry local sports and news.
- 100,000+ movies and series on demand, updated regularly.
- HD, Full HD and 4K where available.
- A TV guide (EPG).
- One connection, so one screen plays at a time.
- 24/7 support on WhatsApp.
Your access arrives by email after payment: an M3U playlist link, an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username and password) and, for MAG boxes, a portal URL, together with setup steps for your device. That email is the key to your IPTV account, so treat it that way.
Keeping your IPTV account login safe
There is no customer portal on this site. Your account is the set of login details in that email, and the email address you used to order is how the team finds your plan when you write in.
A few habits keep it safe:
- Keep the email. Star it or move it to a folder you'll remember. If you lose it, search your inbox and spam folder first, then message the team on WhatsApp from the address you ordered with.
- Never post your login publicly. Your playlist link, your password and, on a MAG box, the box's MAC address shouldn't appear in a forum post, a group chat or a screenshot.
- Don't share the account. XerquvaTV's terms prohibit sharing your subscription with others, and subscribers must be 18 or older. Sharing is also listed among the cases that rule out a refund.
One connection: watching on more than one screen
Each plan includes one connection. You can install a player app on as many devices as you like (a TV in the living room, a phone, a tablet), but only one of them plays at a time.
If your household wants to watch on two TVs at once, ask for an extra connection. Extra connections are available, but their price isn't published: message the team on WhatsApp with how many screens you need and they'll quote you. Our IPTV setup page covers installing the player on each new device.
Renewing as an IPTV subscriber: no automatic renewal
XerquvaTV plans are paid once for their term. Nothing renews automatically, nothing is charged to your card later, and this site sends no reminder emails, so note your end date yourself. When the plan ends, access stops.
To keep watching, message the team on WhatsApp with the email you used to order and the plan length you want next. They confirm the plan and send a secure payment link, payable by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), exactly as with a first order. The steps for a first order are in our guide on how to subscribe to XerquvaTV.
Moving to a longer plan
You can move to a longer plan at any time. Tell the team which length you'd like when you renew, or message them during your current plan if you've decided you want to commit for longer.
IPTV monthly or longer IPTV subscription plans: the maths
Paying IPTV monthly is the most flexible option, and it's also the most expensive per month. Here are the four XerquvaTV subscription plans, each for one connection:
| Plan | Price, paid once | Per month | Saving vs paying monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | $12 | $12 | — |
| 3 months | $25 | $8.33 | $11 (31%) |
| 6 months | $36 | $6 | $36 (50%) |
| 12 months | $52 | $4.33 | $92 (64%) |
The savings column compares each plan with buying the 1-month plan again and again for the same period. Twelve monthly orders come to $144; the 12-month plan costs $52 for the same year.
So which one fits? If you're still deciding whether the service suits your devices and your connection, the 1-month plan is the short way to try it (there's no free trial). Once you know you'll keep it, the 6- and 12-month plans cut the monthly cost the most, and they also mean fewer renewals to remember. All plans and prices are on the IPTV subscription page.
Travelling with your XerquvaTV subscription
The service isn't IP-locked: it isn't tied to one country and works wherever you have a reliable internet connection. Take the device you already use, or install the player app on a phone or tablet before you leave and sign in with the same login.
Two things to keep in mind on the road. Hotel and public Wi-Fi is often slower than your home connection, and we recommend at least 30 Mbps for HD and Full HD. And if a country blocks streams locally, that's geo-blocking outside XerquvaTV's control, which the refund policy lists as an exclusion.
Refreshing the channel list and TV guide
Channel line-ups and guide data change over time. If a channel seems missing, the guide shows the wrong programs or a category looks empty, refresh before anything else:
- In your player app, use the option to reload or update the playlist (the name differs from app to app).
- Update the EPG from the app's settings, so the TV guide matches the current list.
- Restart the app, then the device.
Good streaming habits help too: use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, turn on hardware acceleration in the player, raise the buffer to 10–15 seconds on Android, and close other downloads and streams. Our post on XerquvaTV IPTV channels explains how to find your way around a big list with favorites, groups and search.
When something breaks: what to send XerquvaTV support
Support runs 24/7 on WhatsApp. A complete first message saves a long back-and-forth, so include:
- the email address you used to order;
- your device and the player app you use;
- what you see: an error message, a black screen, a single channel or the whole list;
- when it started, and what you've already tried (refreshing the list, restarting);
- whether other streaming works normally on the same connection.
You don't need to send your password. A photo of the error on screen is often the fastest way to show the problem; just make sure it doesn't show your login details.
Refunds: the cases XerquvaTV covers
Refunds are possible only in specific cases. You may be eligible when:
- the service is completely down on your compatible device for 72 or more hours in a row because of a fault on XerquvaTV's side;
- you were charged twice by mistake for the same subscription period;
- you are a new customer, ask within 7 days of your first purchase, and have first tried to fix the problem with the support team.
Refunds don't apply when you're unhappy with the channel list or content, when your internet connection is too slow or unstable to stream, when the terms of service were broken (for example by sharing your account), or for geo-blocking in your country. To ask, message the team on WhatsApp with your name, the email you used to order, the reason and your device and app. The full process is on the refund policy page.
IPTV Subscriber FAQ
How do IPTV subscriptions work?
You pay for a period of access, and the provider sends login details that a player app on your device uses to load the channels, the guide and the on-demand library. With XerquvaTV, you order on WhatsApp, pay through a secure link, and receive the login by email; the plan runs for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
What is an IPTV subscription?
It's paid access to live TV and on-demand content delivered over your internet connection instead of a cable box or satellite dish. Ours includes 25,000+ live channels, 100,000+ movies and series, a TV guide and one connection.
How much is an IPTV subscription?
XerquvaTV costs $12 for 1 month, $25 for 3 months, $36 for 6 months or $52 for 12 months, each paid once with no automatic renewal.
What happens when my plan ends?
Access stops at the end of the term, and nothing is charged. To continue, message the team on WhatsApp with your order email and the plan you want next.
Can I watch on two TVs at the same time?
Not on one connection: a plan plays on one screen at a time. Extra connections are available; ask the team for the price.
Can I use my subscription abroad?
Yes. The service isn't IP-locked and works wherever you have a reliable internet connection, as long as local geo-blocking doesn't get in the way.
Your next step as a XerquvaTV IPTV subscriber
Keep your login email safe, watch on one screen per connection, and renew on WhatsApp before your end date, choosing a longer plan when it makes sense. Every XerquvaTV IPTV subscriber gets the same catalogue and the same 24/7 help. Compare the plans on the IPTV subscription page, or see how to try the service with the 1-month plan.
Want to try XerquvaTV?
Start with the 1 month plan at $12, or pick 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Before you order, the team can check your device on WhatsApp.
